Our Hop Dang Diggity Southern IPA will give you a full nose of Georgia pine aroma while the malty backbone provides for a perfectly balanced sweetness. Hopped up like a one legged chicken, this is not your standard “economical” IPA.
Our Praline Amber Ale is brewed with a generous addition of Georgia Pecans and Madagascar vanilla. We also add lactose to accentuate the natural caramel flavors from the malt. These additions combine to produce a flavor reminiscent of a traditional Southern candy, the praline.

This juicy IPA was developed in our “underground” basement brewery. Shh…don’t ask about what was happening in the basement, but the beer flows out of the tap a deep persimmon with fluffy khaki foam. The only dank aroma emanating from this basement is one of earthy tones, juicy citrus and a hint of lemongrass all derived from Citra hops. Basement IPA is balanced with a nice malty body that creates a sweet finish and developed hop notes in every sip.

A barrel-aged ale brewed with Kentucky-sourced pumpkin, richly spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. As the ale is aged in fresh bourbon barrels, the sweetness of caramel and vanilla are imparted upon the brew and complement its spicier base. At 10 percent alcohol by volume (ABV), this robust, limited release seasonal makes for a flavorful sipping beer to slowly warm up with as the weather cools.

Bourbon Street Rye Pale Ale is brewed with pale and Munich malts as well as rye. The malts impart a sweet flavor and an aroma of bread and nuts. Centennial hops give the beer a pleasant citrus flavor and aroma. After fermentation, the beer is cold aged before bourbon barrel aging begins. During barrel aging, the brew absorbs the flavors of the barrel such a vanilla, oak, and bourbon. These barrel flavors pair well with the sweet flavors of the malted barley and bread flavors of the rye.
